Amazon Residence Pattaya is conceived as a “resort condominium in the city”, aiming to deliver a holiday-like atmosphere while remaining practical for everyday living around South Pattaya-Thepprasit, an area known for convenient dining, shopping, and local mobility.
The core design idea is to place nature and water at the heart of the project. Buildings are planned around a generous central courtyard, creating a strong internal focus and helping many units face the lagoon-style pool and gardens. This inward-looking layout improves privacy, reduces direct overlooking between rooms, and supports airflow typical of coastal climates.
Landscape design follows a tropical rainforest theme inspired by the “Amazon” name. Lush planting with large-leaf greenery, shaded walkways, and multiple relaxation pockets are arranged around the water features. Elements such as small bridges and waterfall-like accents strengthen the resort identity and create photogenic communal areas that residents actually use.
Architectural tones lean modern and light, allowing greenery to stand out and keeping the overall feel calm rather than overly decorative.
