2. On the south side of the factory, there will be a road connecting Kingkaew Road - Rattanakosin Road for 200 years, expanding the transportation network of Suvarnabhumi Airport, a 10-lane road, 60 meters wide, with central island and sidewalks.

The area of the warehouse is 1,152 square meters.
The area of the office building on the first floor is 492 square meters, the second floor is 450 square meters.
The space is 3,156 square meters.
The strength of the floor can support a weight of 30 tons/square meters.
The floor thickness of the warehouse building is 40 centimeters.
Utilities: Electricity, groundwater, tap water, which can be connected immediately from the main pipe in front of the plant.
