The core idea is to maximize daylight and natural ventilation for everyday comfort. The building form and openings are arranged to capture prevailing breezes and bring light deeper into living spaces, reducing the boxed-in feeling often found in inner-city condominiums. A warm, understated material palette is selected to feel inviting while remaining practical and easy to maintain, supporting both end users and rental-focused owners.

Functionally, the project prioritizes right-sized common areas that match the number of units, focusing on spaces residents actually use: a casual work corner, simple relaxation zones, and security features that strengthen peace of mind.
